I saw this yesterday for the first time & I first thought is was a fake reason message. A very bad way to forge people to stop the service IMHO. Besides these messages, I have tons of messages related (i think) like transient errors but also users complaining mail was lost in transport (never reached the other side). A few during the day is normal, but is seems to be more than usual.
