PermaLink Smorgasblog
As I'm rather busy at the moment I have little time to post lots of stories here (much though I would like to). I have had several approaches from readers with suggested topics so here's what I'll do.

Here are some recent suggestions from readers.
  • Notes and native MIME - is it as bad as Volker says it is?
  • Novice guide to spam handling - block, tag, filter, reject
  • Some updates to the modified mail rules template

Say which you prefer and I'll try and find the time for the one with the most votes this week.

I'll get round to the others at some point but possibly not for a while.

Huge vote from me for Notes and MIME - just grappling with it at the moment and its not making much sense. Would appreciate your insight on this one

I would have to vote for Notes and MIME too. Care to talk about MIME character sets as well?

Hmmm...let the Volker debate stay at Volker's site. If I want to debate it, I'll go there (I figure he'd probably appreciate you not stealing his traffic...LOL!)

In any case, I won't have much power to change it.

Modified mail rules seems to have the most value overall.

I will have to go with Liam and Peter - Notes and MIME. Regardless of whether the debate should stay on vowe's site, another voice, and a nice post here, would be great.

One vote for the novice's guide to spam handling. As my management duties increase and development decrease, I find I need a broader base of topics under my belt, and I know from you I can get depth on this subject.
