From the Yeah, It Can Do That Too department
User: I came across an interesting tool the other day that we might want to use here.
My dentist issues automated, computer generated appointment reminders to his clientele. He used to have his receptionists do it. It occurred to me I could do this with my team for reports, meetings etc. Are you familiar with this facility. Could we do it easily via Notes without spending a bucket load on infrastructure, calls etc?
Me: You mean like this?
Yeah, it can do that too.

This is a great short tip. I'd love to see more like this. I am considering finding a way to provide something like this to my users on a regular basis. I don't want to send them an email, and they don't use our how-to database, so I'm not sure how to get this across to them. But, this is exactly the kind of thing I think most end-users at our company do not know...and if they knew it, they would start to like Notes.
