I like that a number of these words could actually be *positive* flags for a Bayesian filter...

Perhaps I'm misreading the intent of the spammer, but including some of these terms seems more likely to bind the appearance of the *other* words into something that scores positive for spam, in which case, it's really an attack against Bayesian filters in general, by pushing other messages into the false positives.
